Make this easy one pot lasagna on the stove in about 30 minutes! This quick, no-bake recipe combines all the flavors of classic lasagna in a single pot with minimal cleanup. Perfect for busy weeknights!
Brown meat in a large pot on medium high with garlic and oregano, breaking up the meat with a wooden spatula as it cooks. Once the meat is browned, remove some of the excess grease if desired. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, and pasta. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in cottage cheese or ricotta, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and put a lid on the pot. Continue to cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes or so to let the cheese on top melt.
Serve and enjoy!
